What This Policy Covers

This explains what happens to information you give Richie Electrical Service through this website or by phone. It is short because the site does very little: there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to sign up for.

Information We Collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, town and job description you type into it. If you call, we have your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. That is the extent of it.

The site may also collect basic anonymous analytics, such as which pages get viewed. That is not tied to you personally and exists to show which pages are actually useful.

How We Use It

To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out work, and keep a record of jobs we have done. Nothing else.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you rang about a dead outlet.

Third Parties

This site embeds a map from Google, which may set cookies or collect data under Google's own privacy policy when it loads. Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does.

Keeping and Deleting Information

Job records are kept as long as is reasonable for warranty, tax and record purposes. If you want an enquiry deleted that never became work, ask and we will.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
